so friday i did good.
yesterday&today, not so much.
tomorrow thorough next monday i'm going on
an extreme diet.
i'll eat breakfast, one type of fruit for lunch,
& half of what i'm given for dinner.
and that's it.
if i fuck up, i'll run 3 miles on the treadmile,
no matter how late it is.
& i HATE the treadmile, so i think i'll stay committed.
